Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We ship to the contiguous United States. Orders over $999 receive free curbside delivery; smaller orders are quoted at a flat rate when we confirm your order.

In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Inspecting your order

Please inspect every box at delivery. If anything arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and email photos to us within 48 hours so we can send a replacement part or item.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to receive a return authorization; returns sent without one cannot be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping and return freight costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
